HOLD POLICY

Holds may be placed with at least 1 week notice for a minimum of 2 week up to 30. You can request 2 holds per year on your account of one or the other. Holds can not run together.

CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a 30 day Cancellation on all memberships. The cancellation fee is equal to but not greater than 1 month of the membership package if in a contracted 3 or 6month. Contracts will automatically renew unless given a written request for cancellation or change. You may cancel the contracts at anytime by paying the early cancellation fee- This is equal to the $ amount of the next bill due + 20% of the remaining contract. Cancellations of contracts or non contract memberships must be submitted at least 30 days in advance.
